Brian at Odds & Ends could not have provided better service. Communication was excellent. He was on time to pick up and also deliver. He carefully prepared everything for shipment so the items would arrive in the same condition as before shipping. Moving large household items can be difficult. Brian made it easy and stress-free. Odds & Ends would be an excellent case study in how to do customer service well.
