I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hi,
I have just received this email response from the shipper cancelling the collection which was expected to be picked up tomorrow! This is very frustrating. We tried calling today to get confirmation of if/when the item would be picked up on the Saturday so that we could plan to be at the address, but they were not willing to give a straight answer.
This company have been very bad at communicating the process/time frames/collection time/date for this order. Could you please let me know h
