Kendall was excellent to work for. He made accomodations for me to pick up the item, a Bad Boy Zero Turn, on a Saturday morning when they are closed. That helped me get the mower to a valued customer of his just 48 hours later. I would work for him any time!

THIS SHIPMENT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO 3 MISSED PICK UP APPT. BY THE DRIVER. I LOST CONFIDENCE WHEN HE ASKED ME IF HE HAD TO GO THRO MISSOURI TO GET FROM INDIANA TO ILLINOIS.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver agreed to pick up noon 2/28, I tried various times w/o success to call and text him when he missed the appt. When I got through late Fri afternoon he told me he was running late and we rescheduled a pickup for 2/29 at 7:30 am. The driver did not show and was noncommittal on his location or eta. Driver showed lack of comprehension of distances and travel times. I told him I was uncomfortable with trusting him with the load and wished to cancel. The driver agreed to this cancel
