Exactly what you should be able to expect out of a ushipper. Shows up on time stays in constant contact throughout the delivery. Handles the items with great care. 10/10 no doubt about it!

Shipper arrived 7 hours late and were delivered late.Shippers showed up with NO Tie downs or anything to secure the items. Trailer that was used did not even have anchor points to secure goods. They have what I would consider subpar customer service. I'd suggest using someone else. Contacted Uship shipper refused to work with us we had to issue partial refund to client.The issue was only resolved when uship stepped in and gave us a partial refund.

Shipper tried to strong arm me into delivering before agreed on time as per my bid. As you can see by our pictures our equipment is top of the line. Customers items were delivered with no damage and full blanket wrap. Uship had to force client to pay. So yes, they had to step in to resolve the issue.
