Tacks took remarkable care of me, my shipment and the receiver. This was my first experience with UShip, and Tacks talked me through with incredible patience. The service began even prior to pick up, with close coordination on time, delays, etc. Tacks worked especially hard to make sure he picked up my shipment in sufficient time to get the bike to it's destination prior to a major move over seas. This mean him arriving per my schedule, at 10PM. Outstanding service, great care and delivery.
