. We are a serious company. That person has carried out a shipment to us in good condition. The second shipment ordered a 7.5 ton truck. He had two loading locations. After the first two have not done loading. Not ready goods. It was not our fault. Goods arrived on time and in good condition at destination. I could not do the asking price discount per person. The truck just for cela consumed nearly 3 tons loaded. It is not our fault event.

ganz schlechte Kommunikation, der Auftrag wurde an ein anderes Unternehmen weitergegeben und trotz der Bitte mich rechtzeitig zu verständigen geschah dies nicht. So konnten statt der gebuchten 7,5 Tonnen nur 2,5 Tonnen geladen werden, es wurde aber der volle Preis verlangt. Very bad communication, the order was passed to another company and though I asked to be informed about the transport in time this did not happen, So only 2,5 tons instead of 7,5 could be loaded but had to pay the full pric
