After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Samia, Thanks for the great feedback, but you are misrepresenting the truthful facts. Your company communication was lacking. You decided to not show up at prearranged pickup date and time. There was no consideration to our staff and drivers who showed up, did their job. Staff made multitudes of calls to you. Your company was contacted with updates and schedule arrivals only to have no responses. We only heard from you once we cancelled service. The disparaging remarks are unwarranted."Facts"

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Our company feels the shipper is misrepresenting truthful facts. We prearranged pickup date and time for pickup which was the 25th of July. The shipper stated that they without our knowledge decided not to show up an cancel. Our staff/driver tried multitudes of times to contact/update with no response. We advised the shipper we were cancelling shipments. Only then did we receive a communication. Their disparaging remarks are unwarranted an unacceptable. Profile shows Hundreds grateful to our Co.

Certainly amicable and delivered the desk in good condition. My customer was happy with his flexibility. I appreciate safe delivery. His timing was not optimal, but some was due to my lack of timely communication. I would use Ian again because he delivered safely and accommodated my customer. I would need stricter time commitments however.

Impressive communication and care of goods. Only issue delivery man told my client he can't take her piece upstairs which upset her until his boss clarified that he should. Otherwise, all was well. Highly recommend and will use again.
