Great customer. I followed my GPS to a 15ton bridge crossing the Delaware river. I was 30 tons. Tim directed me to another bridge that I could cross. Tim & his wife met me once I crossed the Deleware. They assisted me with unloading the Skiis & trailer after I got my frozen lock off my trailer. They even wanted to assist me reloading a Land Rover I had to off load to get at the skiis. Thank you so much for all of your assistance. Have a great time on the water. Randy

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Customer was notified 4/5/09 that shipment was moved to 4/14/09, as pickup was not possible due to heavy new snow (the same 12 inches that hit Fargo the day before). I show 1 email from customer since first date of contact--no cell texts or email to cell texts either. Would you have want your items put on icy roads in a snowstorm that day? Now I have to scramble for business in the next 24 hours, since my other business in Minn and Pennsylvania are jeopardized from this back door cancellation.

This service provider is incorrect. I don't know who he called but it wasn't me. I was unable to reach him because he never answered his phone and the message box was always full. A shipment change to the 14th? Nothing was ever scheduled for the 14th. First pick-up was around 4/6/09 then a second chance was offered for pick-up on 4/20/09. He picked the date and promised delivery on 4/22/09 and that too was not completed. Plain and simple, this guy is not reliable - would not recommend.

The words I would use to describe this provider are; Excellent, Great Job, Fast & Reliable, Honest, Effortless and Good Communication to mention a few. After my first service provider failed to delivery my skis not once but twice, I listed it again and Randy picked-up my skis in a day. They were delivered early and the care used was second to none. I would do business with Randy again and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank You once again. Great Job.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services You can not get in touch with this guy. He claims his service is "reliabe" and he has "great communication" well it's not true. The only time I was able to communicate with James was immediately after the bid acceptance. He wanted a deposit (1/2 the bid) via paypal so I sent a deposit and after receipt of the deposit, I can't reach the guy. No callbacks and no e-mails. This guy said he would pick-up my jet skis on the 5th or 6th and delivery before the 9th well they're still at the dealer o

The initial pickup had to be rescheduled due to the snowstorms and icing conditions that Fargo / North Dakota experienced. Customer was refunded deposit upon request since 2nd pickup attempt was beyond his timeframe.
