The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They were unable to pick up the car in the time allotted. They had horrible customer service and I felt like I was being hustled. I then made a couple phone calls myself and had the car picked up same day. I expect a full refund and feel like I wasted an excessive amount of my time. I booked shipment on Saturday and waited patiently until Thursday evening I called them on Thursday and asked them if they were going to pick up the car and "they could not give me a yes or no answer.."..

There was forklift damage to the car and I had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up the car my self but I did get the car at a reasonable time and they were easy to deal with. And the car had no key which created these problems so I am dealing with the damage because that's what it took to make it happen without creating a problem.
