Great shipper. Faster than required pick up, fast delivery, I was kept in the loop at all times. I will use this shipper again anytime.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services .

Car was treated well but the shipper refused to deliver to the destination address although 13 shippers before them with 18-wheelers had no problem to do so.
This is less STG's problem it seems but that particular company they hired to take on this shipment. The driver's English language skills were minimal and his boss kept heaping abuse on me over the phone and was incapable of a civilized rational discussion of the problem.
4 stars because the car was treated well and STG has good ratings.

Flawless service with great communication. They took excellent care of a rare car. If I have another car to ship, I'll use them again.

Great service, picked the car up on his own as I was not available at that particular time and delivered it promptly to the destination.
This is a single car trailer which was important to me as the car had an electrical problem and I didn't want it to be started multiple times on a large car hauler to move other vehicles around.
Once the car comes back I'll use this shipper again.

This was my second shipment with Montway this year. I chose them because the first one went flawless.
This one didn't but it was the sellers fault not Montway. He said the car would be rolling and neglected to mention it was lacking two wheels!!!
When the driver arrived he was not thrilled but Montway sorted this out within the hour. I had to pay more but that was - again - not Montways fault but the sellers.
I am happy, I got the car extremely fast as I was also in a dead line.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The shipper promised to pick up the car by April 27 and has not responded to emails since. It appears they lost interest in this shipment.
