The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I agreed to all of Arete requests such as changing the ship date, delivery date and even the price. We had agreed on everything and within an hour after accepting my listing, they sent an email stating they were canceling my shipment. They would not even help find an alternative. Shortly after I created a new listing and they were the first ones to reach out asking if they could ship my puppy. Terrible customer service.

Todd and his team werre great. They provided updates every morning and answered to all of our messages immediately. I highly recommend them!

I cant say enough about how great Waggn Tails was. They provided constant updates. Kept me at ease and delievered my puppy safe and sound. I plan on using them for any future shipments I have. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are extremely professional and some of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with.
