The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it WE PLACED A BID WITH UNDERSTANDING IF THE AMBULANCE WAS ON THE TRAILER AS SHOWN IN PICTURE. WHEN RECEIVED A RESPONSE ON PHONE NOT ON TRAILER I WENT IMMEDIATELY ON COMPUTER TELL JAMES F. SORRY UNABLE TO DO IT BUT NEVER WENT THROUGH WHEN SENT BECAUSE HE WAS ACCEPTING OUR BID. CALLED U SHIP TUESDAY LATE AFTERNOON UNABLE GET TRAILER TO ACCOMODATE HIM WITHOUT ALOT OF EXPENSE OUT OF OUR POCKET. LEFT MESSAGE TO JAMES F. DID NOT GET REPLY BACK ON WEDNESDAY SINCE MESSAGE WAS LEFT TO HIM ON TUESDAY. TRIED

Just wanted to say what a GREAT service provider !! I am VERY Satisfied !! My AMBULANCE arrived perfectly and ON TIME. He even skipped his Christmas Holiday to pick up my vehicle on Christmas Eve. Martin goes the extra mile to keep you informed as to how your shipment is progressing and puts that little extra service touch. If you need anything moved big or small Martin is your man !! I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The listing was NOT misrepresented,NO WHERE in the listing does it say that the vehicle is on a TRAILER !Just because the picture that was in the listing shows it on a trailer,does NOT mean thats the way it needs to be shipped. I have left repeated messages and e-mails for this service provider starting 6 days ago and NEVER recieved a courtesy call back,I even told him on my messages that I will pay more to make sure Jim recieved a profit from the move.Obviously communication is NOT #1 with Ji
