This man and his crew Holly need to get on the same page and stop stressing everyone else out. First they put the job complete, then they put the job on a cancellation and state we did the job outside uship, then they give neutral feedback 6MONTHS LATER.

Job was never posted as complete bc you never communicated to us it was dropped off. You were the one stressing out our clients who were panicked when you never showed for delivery - twice. We were very nice & lenient to your constant change of schedule- even driving to meet you at 9pm at a different location. I was being nice with my neutral rating. Never call a client screaming on the phone about an issue that was cleared up in under a minute by a click of one button.

It was a 200 mile delivery, then the address was moved to Florida, 1,175 miles, LOL. I do understand things change. Great people, I just couldn't do it. Over 7 years I have never cancelled, but I do understand when my customers do.

Antique was not picked up on time (we had to meet them late at night at a different location) & delivered a week late. Communication was ok.

First you put a cancellation in on us, then this is how you handle this 6 months later. Ridiculous! We made several attempts to make this work...you are the on that suggested we pick up at a different location because you where at a party. As far as delivery we came through the area after 5 and there was no one to accommodate delivery and they where more fine than with the delivery on the way back through she said verbatim "the customer is no rush, on the way back within business hours is fine"
