The biggest issue was delay. Francis did not show at the date and time agreed to for the move, and I was told 1.5 hours later by someone else at Lion’s the move needed to be delayed to the next day or following due to an emergency. The other issue was that Francis tried to get me to release payment before the delivery was complete. On a positive note, I'm glad they didn't cancel despite the issue, Francis’s substitute was great, and my things arrived in good condition which is most important.
