He gave me accurate estimates as to when he would be able to pick it up and got it to me 900 miles away in great condition in just over 24 hours. He let me know when he was 6 hours away and then again when he was 30 minutes away. I'm very pleased

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After repeated conversations and excuses I am fed up with his lack of execution. I can’t even reach him and he was supposed to pick up the item Tuesday morning, then Wednesday, then this morning.
