I purposely list that I can not give exact arrival estimates but still have been getting deducts in this area. It is very difficult to give accurate arrival times due to the variables encountered while in transit and because I add additional stops to make these routes profitable. If this will result in a deduction please DO NOT book with me. I would rather not risk my rating.

My item reached its destination in good condition. Mr Moon could have been a better communicator. I did not know what was going on. Don't expect Mr. Moon to answer your emails, phone calls, or texts right away. He has his own clock and it is different than mine for sure. Other than that, everything was fine.
