great customer,he should be un happy, carrier told us the truck was air ride and it wasnt then we found an air ride truck and for some reason they sent a refer truck.. we asked for air ride not a refer truck so not sure how or why the carrier would use a refer truck on a shipment of a optical comparator. we ended up paying for the 800.00 dollars extra for the shipment which came out of my pocket to make sure the customer got what he needed as far as air ride.thaNK YOU

Listed shipment to be on an air ride truck. Before I accepted the bid I confirmed it was an air ride truck. Truck that picked up was not an air ride. Shipper said there is not a difference between air ride and regular ride which I disagreed. Shipper did get it on time on an air ride truck, but the shipment was in a refrigerated truck and the whole machine was completely wet with condensation and rust already had formed on equip. Elitemovers did everything they could to help us with this issue.

i was mis informed by the carrier it would be an air ride truck,customer called and said it wasnt an air ride truck.. so we found another carrier right away that was 800 dollars more to ship the item air ride never asked for a refer truck so dont know how that happened.. we did everything we could do to make sure the customer got what he wanted as far as the truck being air ride even with the shipment costing me 800 dollars more...
