The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We contracted on a table console and 4 end tables for a total of 5 pieces. Once we arrived for pickup it was a total of 12 pieces: a table and 6 chairs, a console and 4 end tables. We wanted to take the pieces we contracted for, a total of 5 of the pieces, and told him we would reduce the rate by $100. He said he didn’t want to ship them separately in 2 shipments, so he told us he wanted to cancel.
