There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Pick up location was incorrect in the posting! And is in the opposite direction from where we are traveling. We have been in touch with the Customer, who was unaware of this issue when listing the shipment. He plans to repost with correct pick up location.

So thrilled Harry is home again in London with his Mom! Thank you all Robert, Beverly and Sherrie for getting me the info I needed for all his paperwork and having him ready to go. Harry was a joy to have overnight with us in the hotel before his direct flight to London. I'm sure he is enjoying walks in Hyde Park. :)

Luanne was PHENOMENAL. She truly took control and made the entire process STRESS FREE for us. Ours was a bit more complicated too than most since our little guy was being sent to England. Excellent door-to-door service.
