A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved For the record this shipment was booked on August the 4th with a pretty open pickup time...CHECK THE BID AGREEMENT..and my son was with me on the trip when I was to pick this horse up..that was his vacation. Furthermore..the previous owner was called the day BEFORE pickup(24hrs) and told me she was going to a family function and would call and make arrangements for someone to get the horse. Called later and told me it would have to be following evening so I had to go on with horses already loade

All I can say Rick, is that you and I see this completely differently. Having to wait 7 weeks,at this writing, to get a horse delivered is ridiculous. Had I known it would be that long up front, I would not have booked with you.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time contract was initiated @4th of august; shipper told me he'd need about a 2 week extension on it, to which i agreed. MULTIPLE problems have arisen on shipper's part... truck broke down,family problems, went on vacation with son. then, without prior contacting me or former owner of horse, he called her @ two hours from her home to pick up horse (she had gone out of town for a personal obligation and could not return home), so he left and told me it would "be a couple of weeks" until horse would b

In response to this cancellation..my sons vacation WAS this transport trip and sometimes vehicle repairs are unavoidable when you drive 3000 miles a week. I had contacted the previous owner of this horse several days in advance to let her know when I would be there and when I called 2 hours from her home she informed me SHE would not be home and the horse was running loose on 100 acres with 20 broodmares so I cancelled the trip due to having 2 other horses already on board. Bad client!!!
