Mike was awesome to deal with from beginning to end! Truly a great professional gentleman through out the whole transaction. He was super quick to answer any questions I had and made me feel at ease with the shipping! Mike picked up an engine for me and delivered it quickly and in great condition. I will rate Gary with a Positive overall. Picking up the item was fine but he did take about 2 days longer than he initially said it would take to deliver the items. But the parts got their fine

I'll take a positive there was a bit of confusion on this one but being a weekend only uship transporter does certain limitations when making pickups and deliveries.
