The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The driver showed up unannounced with no call ahead of time, and with a farm trailer that was not appropriate for the job. They had improvised ramps that would have damaged the vehicle had they not been stopped. Very unprofessional and willing to damage the cargo with no regard. I’ll never trust swift with another load, they are a broker that doesn’t care about the actual service provided.
