I'm an honest, strictly business, and up front family guy that buys vehicles at car auctions as a hobby. Im just a Country Boy trying to survive and make an honest living in order to feed my family. I'm in the market to find reasonable rates and timely deliveries in the automobile transportation department. I'm looking to permanently hire a auto transporter(s) within a 0-500 mile radius of Southern Middle Tennessee and continue doing business with the best rate in the near future. Well I booked with your Company then I was given the run around for 2 weeks (while accumulating storage). Didnt want to but finally had to contact Uship in order to track you down to have my shipment unbooked in order for someone else to pick it up. FINALLY TOOK A MONTH. Just so you know I wasnt able to have my storage bill (and late fees) reduced (included but not limited to weekends. Have a great day!

Was on time at pickup, kept me updated, was laid back and chill, solved very difficult problems with ease, was on time at drop off location, unloading went smoothly, very easy to work with…ETC VERY PROFFESIONAL TYPE OF GUY! B & S Shipping Company was very precise and professional while transporting my shipment. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Also provided customer satisfaction. Arrived on time as stated. Delivered my cargo with care as if it was their own. Hopefully we can work again in the near future and if I have another shipment on UShip. My item also arrived as if it was never processed for shipping. The way my shipment was handled with care I can tell this their main paid occupation rather than simple pastime. AAA+

We agreed @2:00 p.m so I drove 1 1/2 hrs. I arrived @ 2:00 p.m. @ 2:30 I called service provider. Finally, he showed up @ 5:30 p.m without a forklift. He said he thought I had my own forklift (SEE: ITEM DESCRIPTION). We agreed to meet back up 4 days later because service provider had to go to Knoxville then Minnesota. Today was the 4th day. I drove another 1 1/2 hrs in hopes to meet up with him but he was in Ohio. I called him and he said we have to reschedule for an additional 3 days from Ohio

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We agreed to on 1 service fee and the service provider booked my shipment now the service provided is requesting more money (brokerage tendencies). The service provided also wasn't here when we agreed that he would be here. The vehicle is still sitting accumulating storage.
