I couldn't be more pleased with how Scott handled this delivery. Being a custom furniture designer it's always a little unnerving when you hand over one of your creations. Scott took great care with this set (it was very large and heavy) and delivered it to NYC right on time. He provided white glove set up in her space and my client was ecstatic with the service. Just received notice from my client in Memphis that her new tables arrived in record time. Jerry was prompt and quite pleasant when he arrived to pick them up. I was especially impressed with how careful he was handling the tables as he loaded them. Given that I work many hours to design and build custom furniture I know what careful handling looks like; and I was pleased watching Jerry load my furniture. I will use this shipper again; hopefully frequently.

There were several delays getting to me; and it was frustrating. BUT, Kathrin kept the lines of communication open throughout, and was quite pleasant to work with when she arrived to pick up. She delivered on time and my client was very pleased with his interaction with Kathrin and her partner during the delivery. The crate and it's contents arrived in perfect condition. I'll work with them again. Thanks!
