Called 5 hours after pickup and demanded extra money for fuel. Towing a 22 ft cargo trailer with a Tahoe, giving stories about how a new trailer doesn't weigh what the factory says it does. Should never have accepted the load with a tow vehicle not rated for it.

Andy as a company with 8 years of experience in transportation, Get Up and Move does not demand extra money from any shipper or customer. The trailer details posted on U-Ship stated that the trailer weight was 3,600 lbs. I didn't give you any story or stories about the trailer weighting more than 3,600 lbs, instead I weighed the trailer on a cat scale at the Loves truck stop and sent you a copy of the actual weight of 5300lbs. You asked the difference and agreed to pay the amount you negotiated.
