A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Client booked transport without a pick up address or contact information. Client has not been able to reach the seller for this information and with the pending bad weather ahead and my booking time frame, I can no longer wait for the pick up information.

I am so happy with Scott! He was kind enough to come down to my price...when others putting in their bid would not even consider it. That was more than kind... Then he delivered it in 31 hours! Amazing!! That was over 800 miles! He was so pleasant...very kind and respectful! I would use him again and again! I have been using uship for more than 15 years. I have met many nice people, but I have never met anyone who impressed me more than Scott. Thanks Scott!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I regret that the seller is not available for whatever reason... I have been trying to reach them. For all I know there may be a problem that they are unable to help at this moment. I'm sorry for any aggravation I may have caused the Nortons Nook. I should have spoke with the seller first, but this all happened so quickly. I have been with Uship for years. The process usually moves on without a hitch. I take the blame for this situation, as I did not entertain the possibility of any problem

Mr. Donahue with AAA Office Installs is a great shipper! He gave me a "more" than fair price. He stayed in touch with me along the way...and he was coming from Denver, CO...to WNC. He went through a blizzard, and was still very cheerful, and personable, lol... He watches uship carefully, and gets his route together from coast to coast... He had my bed carefully loaded, and he arrived sooner than he had to. I will definitely use him again! I give AAA a FIVE STAR!!!

Roger and his son Diesel were phenomenal! They went over and above to deliver my secretary quickly. They even had to tote the cabinet up my drive, and never grumbled once!
