Poor communication. Shipment not delivered on requested date. Nothing done to rectify their mistake. Will/would not use this company for future shipping needs.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the carrier missing the pickup date and thus causing the shipment to run behind schedule. We are a third party logistics provider, not the actual trucking company. We had the carrier mark the shipment as hot and get it there as soon as they could at the quoted price.
