This was the first time I have used this carrier, but it was very seamless!! Mike is very professional and I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail he had when wrapping our item for transport. Also he made sure our item was carefully secure for transport. He arrived when he said he was and took his time to load our items efficiently. I was surprised when he delivered the items earlier than he said he was. I definitely will be using him again!!! Very happy!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told that this shipment would be picked up no later than 12pm on Monday. This was a very sensitive shipment. Tried to call the shipper several times with no communication. The shipment was never picked up as promised. I could not reach the shipper again today. It wasted 2 days of my time. Ultimately I had to hire another shipper, costing me more money and time. I’m very disappointed that the shipper could not be professional and communicate with me.

Shipment was delivered over a day late. Provider tried to call me at 9:30pm at night to have our item delivered to our warehouse, which was closed and I told him the hours of operation. Communication was poor and I could not get in touch with the driver on several occasions. Called at 9:30pm at night to try and deliver, but our warehouse was closed. Text a 1:30am to schedule delivery. Completely unacceptable. Shipment was delivered in acceptable condition.

They exceeded my expectations! I had 2 shipments going to the same location and they were able to get both of my items there fast! Will be using them again!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been trying to get in touch with the shipper since I booked the shipment. I spoke to him and he said he was unable to pick up on the day I specified, because he loaned his dad his good truck and he was trying to have his other truck serviced so he could facilitate my shipment. I spent all day Saturday trying to reach him. I have then spent all day today to try to reach him. Finally, he responded to me to cancel the shipment, because he "didn't want to do it anymore." My shipment was
