Took almost 2 and a half months to deliver a shipment that was suppossed to take 3 weeks. Lots of problems along the way but I never felt much urgency on the vendors part to get this done. Went 5 weeks with no contact at all until I inquired.

You're right, Tim, the trip was a nightmare. You were affected most - bike was first pickup. We go to the end of the earth to satisfy our customers, especially when things go wrong. We updated Peter frequently - sorry you felt neglected. We didn't charge Peter for transport. But please be aware - this wasn't a normal trip - no way to anticipate the mechanical issues with the van and trailer - they were unique to this trip. We're so sorry we couldn't provide our usual great service level.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Craig was to pick my item up yesterday, called and rescheduled for today. I rearranged work just to have him call me again today and tell me he was taking a job to Idaho and was not going to haul my shipment, very frustrating as has thrown the whole process off by weeks.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried 4-5 times to contact the provider by e-mail and twice by phone(left messages on his machine with a return number) since accepting his bid, no contact attempt has been answered. The pick up dates he specified were yesterday ot today and neither I nor the seller has had any contact from the provider, an extremely unprofessional way to do business when trust is a major part of this service. If he had a problem or issue that prevented carrying through with his service, all he needed to
