There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Boat was listed as 8'5" tall and upon arriving for pickup found it to be over 13' tall. Was unable to come to agreeable terms to transport.

From the first telephone conversation George made an extremely good impression. He was professional and had a plan to smoothly facilitate my boat transfer to Florida. George was good with time and kept me informed from Pick-Up , during the journey, as I waited for him at Delivery location. There I encountered the most pleasant Service Provider in my lifetime. I highly recommend this "SUPER GUY" to anyone who wants good service from someone who makes you feel like FAMILY. He became my "BROTHER".

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider phoned and stated that the person who gave her the key reported , when asked , that the boat weighed 11000.lbs. I refuted that and pointed out that the boat was on a double axle trailer which would not accomadate that much weight. I sent her 2 emails last week informing her of the height discrepancy but she never reponded. Up to this point she stated that she was unable to check mails because she was on the road. Had she done her "Homework" she would know the weight.

Given the axle weight size and having pulled these boats before, it was quite believable that the weight told to me by the previous owner was accurate. Plus the fact the trailer was not road worthy and hadn't been licensed in over 6 yrs we did not feel comfortable pulling this boat, nor would he accept our increase in price due to increase in wgt. We only pull about 500 boats a year.
