I did not show up at agreed upon date and time What happened was that the driver showed up and called to pick up the load and when he called, he was told by the person at the pick up location that the machinery would need some paperwork to be released and it was not ready. Also, the lady at the pick up location stated that the weight of the machines was heavier, and the driver could not carry extra weight on the truck. We had to get another driver available and we are currently sending one to the pick up place. He will arrive today by 1 pm.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I refused this cancelation the customer has been postponing the pick up for about a week and a half changing the address 3 times making me wait, then when I had a truck ready she did not wanted to paid the agreed priced booked $6000 thru uship since she wanted to do less outside AVOIDING your fees as well, cancelation will ONLY be accepted if she pays a $250 TONU fee it was sent to her and she agreed on paying also for the week a wasted and I had a driver ready to pick up on the agreed day...
