Driver rendered service promptly and trailer arrived in fine form. Could have used a little more communication before pick up, as the timing plan changed by a few days, but all worked out. With trucking, it is important to be flexible and realize that driver schedules are generally estimations.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider indicated he would pick up my trailer during the week of September 27 on his pass through the area. I have not heard from him since, and have left three voice mails on his cell phone and sent two emails. I simply needed to hear back with indication of a reasonable and reliable change to timing plans, but provider has simply disappeared from all communication.
