The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communication has been poor, transporter said he would pick up Friday, not only did they not show, but he did not call to say he would not show... they said if they could not do it friday, they would do saturday. It is Friday at noon, and no phone call from the transporter in 72 hrs, only 1 short text message putting me off until he "hears something". Thats not good enough for me. I told him in the beginning good communication was important to me, and if he could not pick it up Friday, or Satu Response from Seawindtransport: We answer all calls from every customer we did speak to him and explained that our bid was for 10 day pick up not two like he wanted it

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I question whether this is the transporter's fault or the travel lift operators fault, but this boat was supposed to be picked up 1-2 weeks ago, and has not, and did not meet the deadline at the port, so I had to quickly find other means. Would like my deposit refunded on my credit card...
