Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time There has been delays, with death in family, and then when I called to inquire about where to go to pick up and where to go to deliver, the girl who owns the hot tub informed me that this was some "irregular" hot tub that weighed "900 lbs". Most hot tubs weight between 200-250lbs, and can be lifted by 2 guys. A 900 pound hot tub cannot. This was NOT explained in their description of their product. Had I know the hot tub was "irregular" and "900lbs", I would have bid a whole lot more, because

This service provider was great to work with. We setup a date and time for pickup and he was on-time. He called when he got close to our house to let us know when he would arrive. I would certainly recommend this provider to anyone. Great work.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After this service provider won the bid we waited for them to make contact with us. Since this was close to the 4th of July holiday we waited an extended period of time to hear from them. After no contact from them i left a call on the phone number provided in their contact info but no return call was made. I then sent an email to them from the contact email that was given to us. The response to the email was that they had a death in the family and that was the reason for the delay. Again we all
