The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it More items then just the posted bins So not enough space. Was told anytime then was told between certain times that i couldn't accommodate

I no longer need my item(s) shipped John and Sunnie have been a pleasure to communicate with. They are extremely professional and responsive. They were going to ship a window for me and unfortunately the vendor of the window (not John & Sunnie) had their own shipping issues/delays which caused issues for the booked shipment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period NEVER USE THIS SHIPPER. He was going to come on a Saturday/Sunday and communicated right up to the date that he was to come. He then just completely disappeared. No phone calls answered, no texts, etc. What a complete POS.
