I can highly recommend Montway as a broker. I inadvertently left the EZ-Pass transponder in my car, which accumulated considerable charges during the transport. Montway was very helpful in communicating with the carrier to compare their and my transponder bill and facilitate reimbursement of the charges.

Most importantly, all our stuff arrived in good condition.
However, the original plan was to move household+car on hitch at the same time. For safety and weather reasons, Mike decided not to do that and promised to safely send the car soon thereafter on a rig instead. 3 weeks later the car was sent, hitched to another moving truck, and not on a rig as promised, w/o checking back with us. B/c our second car was shipped w/another carrier, we only needed 1 week of rental car for which Mike paid.
