Very nice guy. Got my piece delivered to my client with plastic wrap in an open bed truck. The delivery was 3 hours away so i wasnt too worried about it being open bed Response from marine3339: Due to it looking like it was starting to sprinkle on my way there i moved the shipment to inside the cab for added protection and it arrived safe damage free as expected the customer on the receiving end was very pleased with it..

Very nice people. Their delivery dates and pickup dates were a little unpredictable in comparison to other shippers i've worked with, but I'm sure they will find their rhythm with some more experience. My furniture was delivered intact and in perfect condition :)

Dustin was super friendly. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if i was updated when the delivery date changed. But other than that, he was great and very accomidating

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Eugene and his team were non communicative, more than a week late, and rude. I have a lot of patience for honest people. However, the reasons he gave me were, "we have 20 other deliveries" "we've been driving for 30 hours", "it's not us, it's uship with paying us". None of which has anything to do with me. If you tell a client to expect you by a certain date, either show up, or be honest and don't try to put the blame on outside sources. He either took more than he could handle or didn't plan hi
