Sorry BJTransport but you should improuve your service, you caused me delay 3 times for my container and in excess of $1600 and $475 in storage fees because you did not pick up when you said you would and you did not have the courtesy to call and tell me that you couldn't.

No Alvin as it seems you are the problem. No mention about you changing the scheduled and your pickup please being closed for the holidays. If it caused you extra money well that makes me feel better. God works in strange ways.
