I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I already went there to pick this up Monday sat there all night sunday he did not let me know they were closed on Mondays we let him know this will be done this coming week and wish that he still agrees to what we discussed If not we intend to bill him for a dry run which is in our terms and conditions

I have sent several emails to the service provider lettining him know the working hours of the dealership and asking him about the pick up time.No response on either email.Needed to cancel and find another transporter

Don turned out to be werry profesional and responsable transporter. He was on time on ewery point, from pick up to delivery.Also he did keep me updated several times per day on his position and progress including the ETA. I have used Uship few times in the past and DIXON TRANSPORTS is by far the best experience for me till now.Certanly would like to work with him in the future.I highly recomend him.
