The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This doesn't seem right. I put this shipment up for bid, I accepted this bid. I rejected other offers. And now the shipper says they just can't do it? What am I supposed to do now? I thought I had entered a contract. I paid a deposit. I feel frustrated and I don't know what to do.
