The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The weight of the item was not as listed and the customer does not speak English very well i have also incurred costs re phone call to this customer as his phone number was international i have received no emails from him as he states also i have spoke to the contact number for collection of the item who also will tell you that he is a bit of a messer

The weighjt given indicates estimated on the listing and if the provider had issues with that he should have responded to my many calls and emails. I can provide copies of emails and phone records to prove that I made several efforts to contact this provider to no avail. I would not want to get personal with this individual save to say he has been less than candid in his dealings. I never wish anyone bad so good luck, and remeber the truith shall always set you free.

The service provider fully performed the task to my satisfaction. I certainly would use their services in future and highly recommend those customers wishing a hassle free delivery transaction.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have made several telephone calls to this provider's home and mobile numbers and he has not returned my calls. I have left messages on both lines but he never responded. Twice I left messages with a lady at his residence who promised to ask him to contact me but he has not done so. I emailed this provider at least four times and never got any responses from him. It has cost me more money trying to reach out to this provider since my calls are international with no luck.
