Can't say enough good things about this shipper. Great communication, right on time as promised, delivered in perfect shape, and two very nice young men who picked up the furniture. And best of all, a great price too! Will certainly use them again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper was scheduled to pick up the delivery on Sept. 15. On Sept. 14 I called to confirm and was told it would now be picked up on the 16th, which I agreed to. On the night of the 15th I received an email saying that the shipper was unable to pick up my item and was canceling the order. I attempted to email the shipper to try and set up another delivery date to see if that would help but received no response back from them. After waiting for two weeks after the bid was accepted for this
