I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. the client never got in contact with me and i was never able to get in contact with the client. i attempted to get in contact many times. i guess the client just doesnt really need the item shipped or something like that. I hope that this cancellation doesnt affect my status in any negative way as I had no fault in this

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped i used the BOOK IT feature to book this shipment and it seems that the person shipping the item posted it twice this cancilation should not go agenst me on my uship profile nor should i be receive any uship penalties
