Refuses to release payment due to delivery issues of timing. Took 3 attempts to get this chair delivered due to delivery location availability

The delivery date was march 16. The driver disappeared and never responded until we filed the police report for the theft. The driver lied multiple times that they are just hours away from the drop off address. 6 weeks later after the deadline my buyer moved. I wanted the chair back but the driver said that they’ll still deliver to the new address. Weeks went by. 2 months later my buyer had to pay $100 extra and drive 1.5h to meet that driver. I asked for $100 back to reimburse my buyer.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I messaged several times after the pick up deadline with no response from the service provider. Until can’t wait anymore. I will need to refund the buyer. I hope everything is ok with you.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hi:). I completely understand the broken down truck, it’s terrible, I sympathize with your situation. I am canceling the shipping because I need to ship by Wednesday, that’s my commitment on Etsy. I am refining the purchase as well.
