Disaster- The guys were nice enough, but truck broke down and it caused a ton of problems with both clients and ended in me having to refund one of them the shipping costs although the drivers were paid. Tried to use them again to give another chance, but they were not responsive after several phone calls and telling me they would get back to me:( I am not sure they understand how this business really operates and the responsibility they have to make sure all goes smoothly from start to finish.

Donald was great! Wonderful to communicate with, the recipient of the chairs was impressed with him, and not only picked up, but also delivered quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use him again!
