The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The measurements for this item were quite a bit off from what was on his listing. In the listing the measurements were 5 feet long by 4 feet wide by 1 1/2 feet high and weighed 50 pounds. The actual measurements were 12 feet long by 4 1/2 feet wide as measured with a tape, at least 2 1/2 feet high and at least 250 pounds. This item is too big for my setup and I cannot service it.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The service provider arrived but found the executive desk to be in poor condition. Owner of the desk had misrepresented the item and concealed damage to the desk which was discovered by the service provider. Service provider was very professional and went the extra mile to send me pictures of the damage on the desk. As a result, transaction was cancelled with the owner of the desk.

Perhaps this was just an oversight on the part of the customer. The listing showed the dimensions of this cart to be 5'x 4'x 1 1/2' and was supposed to weigh about 50 pounds. Upon arriving at the pickup location the item measured out at 12'x 4 1/2'x 2 12' and easily weighed 250+ pounds. With the other bookings I already had on board it made it impossible to load this cart. Shippers, please verify measurements and weights prior to listing as these things are very important in this industry.
