The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After I made the deposit I contacted the proposed shipper - Amarys at Expert Transporters LLC - and requested a current USDOT carrier registration and more information on company insurance and background. He did not respond so was not able to perform. I ended up contracting with another carrier. I had contacted U-Ship in June - I believe through e-mail - for a refund. I have not been able to see a record of refund for my
credit card number 5253.
