I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Upon inspection of the mirror, it was determined that there were several pieces of the gilt work that were cracked or broken and had previously been repaired, which were now loose again. Significant repair of the pieces would need to occur for the mirror to be transported securely. As the mirror is over 100 hundred years old, we felt transporting it today would result in irrepara le damage to the item no matter how securely we were able to wrap it. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am no longer in the area And did not communicate with customer today before booking. I tried contacting the customer to let them know I am no longer in the area. I also left the customer a voicemail confirming I am out of the area and if he would like to proceed with booking me for this transport we can go ahead and book at a higher price to accommodate gas and tolls coming back to Syracuse, any. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Would not recomend working with this provider. Did not show up at the schedule date and time to pick up the merchandise and didn't bother to call and let me know. Got excuses or family problems the 1st time and truck problems the second time. Poor communications and follow through.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment These items were purchased based on the shipping quote that was provided. I am afraid the deal will fall through is shipping cannot be provided for the fee that was quoted. The customer is not in a hurry to receive the items so I am hoping we can reschedule the shipping.
