The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Midwest Motor Express had a temporary embargo in place at their Portland hub, making them unable to complete this shipment. I called MME today, and the informed me of this fact, as well as telling me that my shipment did not appear anywhere in their system. I also called Uship who confirmed that the shipment booking process that I completed on Thursday was done in error, as the embargo was not communicated by MME to the Uship system until after my shipment was booked.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Booked this shipment for pickup on Tuesday. I understand there is a shortage of drivers but do not take on the work if you cannot accommodate it. It is now Thursday EVENING and I am canceling this shipment and booking another company.
