A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved T & J Transport called our office on Friday afternoon stating that our seller has not received our payment yet so I told him that we did not need the pick up right away and suggested that if he had to reschedule until he had another shipment to pick up out that way to just do that because we were not really in a rush for it.

Matthew made this one of the most easiest transaction we've ever had. He worked with our budget, made contact for pick up and kept in contact with us the entire way. We appreciate how timely his crew was on delivering our items. We will definitely use Matthew again.

Lacked communication from the very start. He was horrible to work with and communication was done direct with his driver and I instead. Never doing business with him again and thankfully his account got suspended.

Transaction was smooth but lacked communication. Was not made aware of when item was being picked up and delivered and there was no call ahead until 5 mins before item got to my house. Some things to think about on your next delivery.
